The Help Centre is designed to provide a complete self-service support option. It lets you search for an article to learn a task or deal with a problem. If you can't find an answer, you can a submit a request to an agent.

This entitles you to one technical support call and/or remote support session. Your query will be handled until a logical conclusion is reached. In some cases where it is not possible to reach a conclusion immediately it may be necessary for the support representative to end the call and contact you later after carrying out some further research.
