As a result, Wissen have introduced Warranty, Extended and free support options for customers using their software products. Warranty support entitles you to free support over a standard charge UK fixed or mobile telephone line for a period of 90 days from the date of your first support call.

Extended Support
If you require support outside of the warranty period you are required to purchase a support incidence or an annual support plan.

Support Incidence Token
This entitles you to one technical support call. Your query will be handled until a logical conclusion is reached. In some cases where it is not possible to reach a conclusion immediately it may be necessary for the support representative to end the call and contact you later after carrying out some further research.
